Large breakfast kitchen, including fridge, microwave, dishwasher and dual-fuel range cooker. The lounge has feature French windows, which provide stunning views towards the Fylde coast. Sit here to watch stunning sunsets. TV (with Freeview) and DVD player.

Upstairs are three large bedrooms: one double, one twin (the twin single beds can now be joined to make one King-sized bed on request), and one family room with a double bunk at the bottom, and a single bunk on top, plus a cot. Family bathroom, with bath, cubicle shower, toilet and washbasin.

Outside there is an enclosed garden to the rear, with garden furniture, and views over the owners' fields - watch Kerry Hill lambs playing in the spring! To the front of the property is off-road parking for 2 vehicles, with an electric vehicle charge point.

All bed-linen and towels provided. Please ask us for cot linen, and for any other nursery equipment that you might need - we have plenty of items available.
